About the Class: Bird Inspired suncatcher, choose a pre-made Cardinal, Bluejay or Hummingbird center. We will frame the center in pine needles, using a variety of stitches, including wraps, Fern and Popcorn stitch. Threads in a variety of coordinating colors as well as natural and dyed pine needles will be available In finishing we will attach a hang string so that your suncatcher is ready to be displayed (optional). The class is designed for "Experienced" Beginners through Advanced. If you don't have any prior experience with pine needle basketry you'll be able to complete your project using beginner stitches. All supplies and tools will be provided but feel free to bring your own favorites.
