About the Class: Have fun creating a useful pine needle cracker or bread basket, suitable for your dining room table. A pre-drilled, laser engraved, wood base is provided. We will build the sides and handles of the basket with natural Florida long leaf pine needles and waxed thread or imitation sinew in your choice of color to coordinate with your decor, exploring the use of wraps for accent color. You'll not only go home with a lovely addition to your dining table but each student will also receive a complimentary cloth napkin for their basket.
Due to time restraints, previous coiling experience is strongly advised. You'll get the most form the class if you are at least an "experienced beginner".

| Instructor will provide all tools & supplies needed. If you have a favorite tool or supply you prefer using feel free to bring it along. |
Supplies included:
- 8" engraved wood basket base, holes drilled
- Natural pine needles
- Waxed Thread or Imitation Sinew
- Stitching needle
- Copper coiling gauges
- Beeswax cake
- Complimentary napkin
