About the Class: Join in this intermediate-level class to make a striking jewelry tray, suitable for your dresser top. Finished tray measures approx
7" x 6" x 5/8" and holds plenty of jewelry.

Project comes with a pre-made center piece featuring a cameo on a decorative wood background, set in epoxy resin for durability. Holes pre-drilled for stitching.
Due to time restraints, previous coiling experience is strongly advised. You'll get the most from the class if you are at least an "experienced beginner".
 IMPORTANT NOTE
Supplies included:
  • Pre-made Cameo tray center
  • Natural or dyed pine needles
  • Waxed Thread or Imitation Sinew
  • Stitching needle
  • Coiling clamp
  • Copper coiling gauges
  • Beeswax cake
  • Tutorial

Instructor will provide all tools & supplies needed. If you have a favorite tool or supply you prefer using feel free to bring it along.

A great stitch sampler project with exercises in a variety of pine needle coiling stitches. Students should have at least "Experienced Beginner" skills to take this class.

RV Camper Themed Project Description 

 		 Join in this intermediate-level class to make an RV/Camper themed Pine Needle Wall Accent , great for RV travelers and campling enthusiasts or to give to an RV buddy.
Finished piece measures approx 7"x6"x5/8" - 8"x7"x5/8".

Project comes with a pre-made center piece featuring a metal, bejeweled RV/Camper on a decorative wood background of a USA map, set in epoxy resin, holes drilled for stitching.

In order to demonstrate a more diverse sampling of stitches for this project, the sample was created with appox 2-3 additional rows. You may choose to eliminate a few rows to save time without compromising the quality of your finished piece.

NOTE: This class requires at lease "experienced-beginnerr" skills. Since the project includes more than simple basic stitch there just won't be enough class time to teach beginner's fundamentals of pine needle coiling.
